The conference provides three training tracks: beginner, advanced and specialty. This is a great opportunity for a new team to learn how to launch the Alpha Course succesfully or to inspire and equip existing Alpha teams to run the Alpha Course even better. Advanced Training will feature guest speaker, Garry Poole, who will lead training on practical ways to connect with those outside the Church and how to invite them to Alpha.  Garry was Willow Creek Community Churches key evangelism leader for over sixteen years and a strategist of creative outreach initiatives.
