Conference Pricing

• Please note, to receive a group discount, the entire group must register together with one form of payment.
• *All prices are per person; registration cost includes admission into all main and breakout sessions and a delegate resource pack.
  
• The conference pricing above does not include meals; if interested in meals please select from the meal options provided during registration.
• There is a $50 cancellation fee for cancellations received 7 or more days before the conference. Cancellations received less than 7 days before the conference will not be refunded.

Before You Register

• Name, email address, and age range is required for each delegate.
• Church Name and denomination will be asked of each booker
• You will also be required to select a track for each delegate in your registration. This can be edited at a later time by the individuals in your group. Selecting a track does not mean the person has to attend that track for the entire conference.  The tracks to choose from include:

Registration Details

1. In registering for this conference you agree that Alpha USA and/or the host church is not responsible for possible accidents or injuries.
2. Childcare is not provided during this event.
3. The use of recording equipment (cameras, audio or video recorders, etc.) during the sessions are strictly prohibited without the written permission from Alpha USA.
4. By registering for this conference, you are giving permission on behalf of yourself and others in your group (if applicable) to use videos and photographs in future promotional materials through Alpha USA.
