God is using the Alpha course to help churches grow in outreach, evangelism and discipleship. It is an excellent tool for leadership development. Pastors have watched individuals, churches and whole communities be transformed. Statistics show that 50% of guests who go through the course either commit or recommit their lives to Christ.
