This training is for your Table Hosts and Assistants (attendance is ESSENTIAL for anyone leading or assisting at a table) and your Core Leadership Team. We’ll look at the core values of Alpha, effective way to invite and then connect with guests, hosting small groups and providing care within the Alpha small groups, keys to asking questions and leading discussions, the different stages an Alpha Table goes through, hosting an effective opening night and other areas. Training is highly interactive.

Join us for the “Alpha Saturday Regional Day-Away"—a retreat for everyone on your Alpha—focused on the work of the Holy Spirit. This is the time when many come to trust Christ in a life-changing way.
