Welcome to Military Alpha

There are many reasons why young men and women join the military. Some like the adventure some want their independence, to learn a skill, to meet other people unlike themselves, to escape into another world or maybe build a relationship or a new life. The military is just a small microcosm of our larger world in which we live. 

 

Yet there remains that luring and searching question that is ever before us in our journey in this life. Who am I? Why am I here? Where did I come from? Where am I headed? Is there any ultimate meaning or purpose to my life?  These are very relevant and demanding questions of life which deserve an answer. If you are like many of your peers in the military that are consciously or unconsciously searching for meaning and purpose in their lives then the Alpha course is the place to explore and ask these questions. The greatest thing about this course is you come as you are. No matter what your belief system or denomination, if you have never attended church or simply no background in Christianity whatsoever…this course will help you with the basic questions in life.   

 

The Military Alpha course is using the online (7 week Campus Course) or the Basic Alpha Express Course 15 twenty minute talks (12 hours compared to the rest of your life), no pressure introduction to the Christian faith. At Alpha no question is too simple or too hostile. Every Alpha night includes a meal, a talk and a small group discussion time.
