Christian Veterinary Mission Attempting to Launch Campus Alpha On all 33 Veterinary Schools in the U.S. and Puerto Rico
CVM's Student ministry program is committed to supporting and encouraging veterinary students through Christian Veterinary Fellowship (CVF) groups in all 33 schools across the US., including Puerto Rico.
Dave Curtiss, CVM's U.S. Ministry Director, is excited about working with Alpha to reach more veterinary students with the gospel. Dave works alongside Christian Veterinary Fellowship groups and faculty representatives at veterinary schools in the United States and internationally. His role is to encourage and empower them towards evangelism, discipleship and service through their student groups.
Dave and CVM would like to see Campus Alpha courses run on each of the 33 Veterinary schools represented by CVF. (Entry 4/20/12)

Campus Crusade Leader Thomas Mercer Shares about Campus alpha at georgia state
 I am the campus director for Campus Crusade for Christ at Georgia State University. We just launched the campus ministry there two years ago. This year we chose to use the Campus Alpha Material to help reach new freshman by showing the video’s once a week after food and fellowship. We booked a room for 35 people. The first night wee had to pack in 65 students…51 of whom were freshman. The next week we saw an additional 12 new faces.
During the course we regularly had a Mormon preparing to go on his mission, a young lady coming out of a Chinese cult, a gay atheist, and other pre-Christians checking it out. The momentum God created through the Alpha material caused us to begin a weekly meeting and have a monthly gathering with a guest speaker. God is so good!
