Media Request Form

As the Alpha Invitation grows across the country, so have the number of media requests to support wider promotional campaigns, (on TV, movie theaters, billboards, bus tail, newspapers, and other formats).  If you require a high resolution image or video from Alpha USA to help you promote the Alpha courses in your community, please complete the form below.  The information to help you complete this form can be provided by the company you are advertising with - often it is found on the the "Specs Required" section of their website.  If you have a form with your spec requirements please insert the key data into the form.

Note: Requests will be addressed in the order they are received. Please submit your request at least two weeks before the date it is required.
