Plan your Alpha Invitation Together

Planning an Alpha Invitation with other churches in your town has been done with wonderful results.  Here are a few questions to consider to help you start planning:

1. Is there someone that can help coordinate the Alpha Invitation in our town?
2. Is there already a Regional Alpha office that we can work with?
3. How many churches run the Alpha course in our town?
4. Can we divide up the work in a team?
5. What time of year will work best for an Invitation in our area?
6. How much will a promotional campaign cost? Should we focus on a small, low-cost promotional campaign, for example a poster campaign listing all the courses in our town?
7. Do we have resources to raise the budget?
8. What type of advertising will capture my community’s attention?
9. Can I get help to spread the vision?
10. Is there a local group of churches/Christian organizations already working together in my community (for example, a prayer group, denominational group)?  Would they help launch an Alpha Invitation?
