Becoming an Alpha Advisor

- Knowledgeable, experienced with Alpha, and familiar with the resources

- Good networker, communicator and listener
- Encourager with strong relational skills
- Called, humble, prayerful, dependable, flexible, organized ,self-directed, and trained.

Pastoral Recommendation
We also require a recommendation from a Pastor or Alpha Coordinator at your church. Please copy, paste, and email them the following link to complete the online recommendation form.
Appointment Process
After your Interest Form and Pastoral Recommendation is submitted to Alpha USA, the Alpha Advisor coordinator from Alpha USA will pass the information along to a Team Lead in your area. If there is not a team established in your area, the Advisor Coordinator will contact you directly. You will be contacted by a Team Lead or AUSA Advisor coordinator to further discuss your experience with Alpha and your interest in this role.
