Child Evangelism Fellowship

Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF) provides a correspondence study between in-prison parents and their children, titled "The Mailbox Club". With workers in over 155 countries around the world CEF has personal, individual ministry with more than 5 million children each year. God has given them a passion to bring children into a right relationship with God, disciple them in His Word and establish them in Bible teaching churches so that they can become mature in their faith.  They provide Bible lessons to inmates and they ask them to sign their children for the free children's lessons.

Through an agreement between the State of Texas/Texas Department of Criminal Justice and Alpha USA, CPM is the coordinator of cooperating ministries that have been allowed to operate a faith-based wing at the George Beto Maximum Security Prison located at Tennessee Colony, Texas which is south of Dallas. Community Bible Study

Community Bible Study provides in-prison Bible study programs with trained instructors. This is an interdenominational Bible study for the community. They offer a wide range of courses throughout the United States and welcome people from all backgrounds and levels of Bible knowledge. Daughters of Destiny

Our mission is to empower volunteers to reach incarcerated women for Jesus and to disciple them while in prison and after release. Our mission is working out through our driving passion for leading women out of personal and spiritual brokenness to wholeness and abundant life in Jesus through salvation by faith, God’s grace, and His transforming work.

Epiphany Ministry

Epiphany Ministry provides small group and one-on-one follow up in juvenile prisons and promotes the involvement of volunteers in on-going juvenile prison ministry. The mission of Epiphany is to show Christ's love to incarcerated juveniles.  They offer juveniles an opportunity to change their lives and value systems through a three-day short course in Christianity and an ongoing follow-up process. Epiphany seeks to meet the basic needs of these young people to love and be loved through the message of God's grace, love and forgiveness, and to feel worthwhile to themselves and others. The volunteers of Epiphany come from different church affiliations, life experiences and professions. They share a common love for Jesus, youth and ministry. Knowing they are never alone, they seek to change the world by reaching out to incarcerated youth, one weekend at a time, one reunion at a time, one day at a time.

Fellowship Riders provides logistical planning of the Break the Cycle motorcycle events and promotes on-going prison ministry to its church based affiliates. Fellowship Riders is an organization of Christian motorcycle riders who have come together to share their love of fellowship, fun, and motorcycles through group riding events. We believe in a “lifestyle” vs. “proclamation” style of evangelism. Our service ministry works through the local church. We are involved with small group Bible study, Prison Fellowship’s Angel Tree® Program for prisoners’ children and in-prison outreach through Operation Starting Line®. Forgiven Ministry

Forgiven Ministry conducts a parent / child in-prison camp, titled "One Day with God Camp." Forgiven Ministry conducts “One Day with God” camps to bring children inside the prison walls to spend a day of structured activities with their incarcerated parent. The objective is to help bring reconciliation and restoration of relationships, and to help break the cycle of incarceration that often follows from generation to generation.

Great Dads provides in-prison training to fathers on effective parenting. Great Dads seeks to fulfill—one dad at a time—God's vision for fathers which is to see the hearts of fathers turn to their children (Malachi 4:6). Koinonia House National Ministries, Inc.

Kononia House provides a referral link for post-prisoner release support via their Kononia Houses program and linkages with other post release support ministries. Koinonia House is a family-based, post-prison ministry providing a Christian family home for believers upon their release from prison. This fellowship and family setting is coupled with discipleship using biblical principles and mentoring by local church members. Most prison ministries focus on meeting the spiritual needs of inmates while they are incarcerated. Koinonia House focuses on meeting the spiritual and physical needs of Christians when they are released into society.

Morning Star Ministry

Morning Star Ministry (MSM) provides a referral link into the Native American community. MSM is an indigenous Native American multi-program ministry founded in 1984 by fourth-generation pastor, Dr. Negiel Bigpond. Based in Mounds, OK, their work has incorporated prison outreach since its founding. In 1998, MSM established the Two Rivers Native American Training Center, a combined vision of Dr. Bigpond (Yuchi/Creek) and Dr. Jay Swallow (Chyenne/Sioux). The new training center focuses on indigenous evangelism, Bible study, discipleship, leadership training, church planting, and historical and cross-cultural issues. Bigpond and Swallow have pioneered in ministry to their Native people on hundreds of Reservations and in communities across North America and Mexico. Ramah International

Ramah International provides a national referral link for post-abortion support. A non-profit ministry whose three fold mission is to 1) Directly assist hurting post-abortive iniduals through communication, resources and local referrals, 2) Raise the level of awareness about the needs of iniduals who have experienced abortion, and 3) Provide post-abortion resources, research and training programs necessary to mobilize and equip"the church"to reach out and help those affected by abortion so that post-abortive iniduals can become involved in helping others who are considering or have experienced abortion.

Reentry Policy Council Newsletter

Charting the safe and successful return of prisoners to the community. A project of the Justice Center, the Council of State Governments. Scripture Union (Associate Collaborator)

Provide materials for prisoners and chaplains such as “The Essential 100 Challenge” – a list of the 100 essential passages from the Bible. Scripture Union’s mission is: 1) to make God’s Good News known in ways that are relevant to children, young people and their families, and 2) to encourage people of all ages to meet God daily through the Bible and prayer. Scripture Union/USA is headquartered in Valley Forge, PA and is part of a worldwide fellowship of Scripture Union ministries in over 130 countries. Each Scripture Union movement is autonomous and indigenously led and staffed. There are currently 3,500,000 people who use Scripture Union Bible reading guides worldwide plus thousands of volunteers and staff.

Youth Direct Ministries

Youth Direct Ministries (YDM) conducts in-prison events in youth facilities. They bring the Gospel to at risk youth. In particular, the ministry goes into juvenile prisons and detention centers with programs and volunteers who share the Gospel one-on-one. During the summer, YDM has a camp for underprivileged children as a part of it’s prevention program and work with programs like Prison Fellowship’s Angel Tree Program to take children who have an incarcerated parent. YDM present Parent Seminars to the parents of youth who are incarcerated using biblical principals. YDM also go into schools with a biblically based program that leads to an evangelistic rally at the end of the week in a given community. The ministry offers resources including parenting articles that are mailed to parents, study guides, a training tape, a comic tract and other juvenile ministry books.
