Call Center Representative Level II – Team Lead
An ideal role for an enthusiastic customer support professional to shine in a growing Christian not-for-profit organization. Call Center Level II Team Lead interacts with customers/prospects via phone & email to provide/process information in response to resource/service inquiries, concerns/ requests while taking the lead to motivate, supervise and train fellow team members.
This position requires the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, great keyboarding skills and the ability to use several computer programs at once, while dealing with customers. High energy & resilience with excellent time management skills are key requirements to be successful in this role. Will also act as team lead reporting to manager.
As team lead, candidate will be detail oriented and self-motivated with a proven talent to oversee team members, direct outbound sales as well as special projects to achieve results. Excellent English communication skills, as well as an enthusiastic, clear, confident and professional manner are a must. Ability to develop people and demonstrate strong problem solving skills will be evident.
