The Alpha Course present at the Greeley Stampede

 

Alpha Colorado was present at the Greeley Stampede Parade for the 4^th of July, one of the largest Independence Day parades in the nation. From the over one hundred and twenty entries, Alpha was number 4^th in the route from 10^th Avenue at 19^th street to 5^th Street. The Greeley Tribune writes, “About 80,000 people attended this year's parade, which had 132 entries and lasted 90 minutes. The parade went down 10th Avenue between 19th and 5th streets.” Three churches and one ministry marched together advertising the Alpha course: Christ Community Church, First Assemblies of God, Victory Christian Fellowship and L.A.M. Ministries.

 

It was exciting to see thousands of people cheering and waving at the message “Is there more to live than this?” The media coverage was incredible. We expect more guests attending our courses in Northern Colorado in the fall of 2011.
