Encouraging our Alpha Team
We are wrapping up our spring Alpha and want to encourage and thank our team for all their effort this past year. Any thoughts?
Yes, there are several things that come to mind.
1. Host an end of the year thank you party or BBQ. This can be a way to cement the relationships and celebrate all that the Lord has done.
2. It is always great to remind our teams that we are a part of a worldwide move of God. The way Alpha is reaching people and bringing faith is bigger than any one denomination or church. To get a touching review of the past year watch this amazing video recapping Alpha's impact.
3. Invite as many leaders as possible to the 2011 National Alpha Conference, October 13-15. There are discounts for groups that register together.
