• How to get Guests to Alpha Beyond Your Membership: Many leaders have been discourgaed trying to get guests on an Alpha course. Once many of the church members have taken the course, it "dries up" and finding unchurched people to come on the course gets difficult. This session will give breakthrough in this area & will explore ways of using the STRENGTHS of our congregations to reach those on the outside.

•  The Role of a Leading Church: Churches across America are playing an essential role in helping advance the Kingdom by helping the spread of Alpha throughout thier spheres of influence. The session panel will explain the vision and steps to bing it to action from a Senior leader's perspective.

• Building Your Leadership Team: Finding and retaining the right people to lead on Alpha is not always easy. Learn the key values you'll want every Alpha leader to hold and live out.

• After Alpha: What happens to the guests at the end of the ten week Alpha course? Explore some possibilities of Alpha course follow-ons, including "Pastorates".
