Taste of Alpha:
An introduction to the Alpha Course for those who are curious about, but have not committed to, running an Alpha Course. Join local pastors and leaders who are currently running the course. Hear testimonies of how God is using Alpha to impact local faith communities.
Alpha One Day Training:
Instruction for leaders and teams. This event will prepare and equip you to launch the Alpha Course.
Alpha New England Team Day:
A gathering of Alpha Advisors and Course Leaders from all over New England. Learn about new tools, exchange tips and ideas; be encouraged, challenged, and recharged.
Small Group Leaders Training:
How leaders facilitate an Alpha small group. We suggest small group training for teams before the start of each course, even if team members have been through it before. One of the most effective parts of Alpha is the small group.
Alpha for Youth Introduction:
A sample Alpha for Youth evening. Experience it, and learn the next steps to training and launching your course.
Alpha for Youth Training Day:
The equipping of you and your team members to effectively launch an Alpha for Youth Course.
Alpha in Prison Training:
A volunteer training designed to equip you for Alpha prison outreach.
Marriage Course Training:
Be equipped to run the Marriage Course.
Introduction to Alpha ESOL (English Speakers of Other Languages)
How to effectively reach people whose first language is not English, with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Community Alpha Course Training:
Organizing a group of area churches to share resources and “do Alpha” together.
G.A.T. (Global Alpha Training):
A team of experienced Alpha leaders travel to another country in order to train churches and leaders to launch Alpha.

Support for Existing Alpha Churches and Leaders:
Alpha Initiatives:
Large scale Alpha Course promotion events put on by a group of Alpha churches in a region . They would also hold their celebration dinner together to kick off their individual courses. This makes a great impact in a region and leads to increased guest attendance.
Area Wide Alpha Weekend Away:
So you don’t need to reinvent the wheel! Join a group of area Alpha churches who will hold an Alpha weekend away.
Alpha Gatherings:
The opportunity for Alpha leaders from all over the area to come together in mutual support to network, share tips, pray, and give encouraging testimonies,.
Alpha Connected:
An Alpha connection is an ongoing gathering of leaders who come together to build each other up and to help each other reach more people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Alpha Prayer Connections:
A group comprised of area Alpha leaders who gather together to pray and encourage each other’s evangelistic ministry. |
