Make your church/organization visible or invisible on the website

Note: To do this task you must be logged in to the Alpha USA website and have your church’s/organization’s profile open under My Organizations. For instructions on how to do this, see How to view your church’s/organization’s information.

1. On your church’s/organization’s profile, click on the tab labeled Details.



2. Go to Information Visible to Logged-in Users, at the bottom of the screen, and choose how much of your church’s/organization’s information logged-in users should see. Logged-in users are people who are members of the Alpha USA website, such as: Alpha USA staff, Alpha course administrators and Alpha Connected members.

3. Go to Information Visible to Public, and choose how much of your church’s/organization’s information the public should see. Public users include anyone who visits the Alpha USA website, such as: people looking for a nearby Alpha course and people wanting to learn more about Alpha.

When you make changes to your profile/course listings, your changes will be sent to Alpha USA for review and approval. We will post your changes on the public website within two business days.
