How to delete a course listing/move courses into the Former category
Note: To do this task you must be logged in to the Alpha USA website and have your church’s/organization’s profile open under My Organizations. For instructions on how to do this, see How to view your church’s/organization’s information.
1. On your church’s/organization’s profile, click on the tab labeled Classification.

2. Click on the phrase Edit This Organization’s Directory Memberships.
3. Check the box next to the Former Courses folder, then hit the Save button in the middle of the window.
4. Save all your changes by hitting the button labeled Save and Exit, located in the upper right corner of the window.
When you make changes to your profile/course listings, your changes will be sent to Alpha USA for review and approval. We will post your changes on the public end of the website within two business days.
