I tried to register for a conference or interactive call but did not see the discount I expected.
After you select your registration type at the regular price on the Select Options screen you will not see any discounts until you reach the Personalize Options or Confirm Details screens. Your credit card will not be charged until you click on the Confirm button on the Confirm Details screen. So you do not immediatly see the discounts when you select your registration option but it should appear before you confirm your registration.
If you still do not see the discounts you expect please contact us for addition assistance.
